1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

  • Free Shipping: On orders over 600.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

  • Some countries may have restrictions on perfume imports. Please check local regulations before placing an order.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@broadmen.com within 48 hours of the delivery issue.

  • We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the problem promptly.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Broad Men is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
